The Credential Was Never the Destination

Disclosure: I have a direct commercial relationship with Byzantine Solidus Inc., CredZK Inc. and Permara. This is a founder's account of the proposed transaction, not independent reporting.
I have some news I've been waiting to share.
Byzantine Solidus Inc. intends to acquire CredZK Inc., and we're bringing the technology into Permara.
CredZK started in Cannes during Moca Network's Identity House in 2025. At the time, I thought we were solving a financial-verification problem: could someone prove a financial fact without sending every lender or application their entire financial history?
We built the first working version in five days using zkTLS-based verification and Moca Network's AIR Kit. CredZK finished second on Demo Day.

But the credential was never the destination.
Now that we know a fact is true, what can we safely make happen?
That's a big part of why we're building Permara.
Tell Permara who should be paid, how much, and what must happen. It verifies the people and proof, protects the money, and pays the verified recipient when the agreed conditions are satisfied.
Prove the business. Prove the financial qualification. Prove the supplier. Prove the recipient. Then execute what everyone authorized.
The user shouldn't need to know what zkTLS, DIDs, smart accounts or blockchains are. The best infrastructure eventually disappears.
CredZK proves facts. Permara turns verified facts into action.
I'm incredibly grateful to the people at Moca Network and across the Animoca ecosystem who helped CredZK get started in Cannes.

Now we build the next chapter.
Trust endures. Value moves.
